ABOUT ME

Delilah Farrell is a 21 year old dancer who grew up in Los Angeles, California. She began her dance training at a very young age with an emphasis in ballet and modern under the direction of well known choreographer, Francisco Gella. From there she continued her training at Elevation Studios with an emphasis in commercial dance under the direction of choreographers, Moises Parra, Renee Baldwin, and Robert Prescott Lee to name a few. In 2015, Delilah was accepted into the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts, where she spent the next four years studying and performing ballet, codified modern dance, and composition. Delilah has performed many well renowned pieces such as “Songs Without Words” Choreographed by Hans van Manen and “Whereabouts unknown” Choreographed by Jirí Kylián; staged by professor, Fiona Lummis. Delilah began teaching and choreographing her junior year of high school, and has continued to do so throughout her years as a dancer. In 2019, Delilah took her acceptance into the Boston Conservatory at Berklee with a major in Contemporary Dance and a Minor in Creative Entrepreneurship at Berklee College of Music. Here, Delilah studies various dance techniques, but is very passionate about teaching dance and fitness. Delilah has also performed in The Boston Conservatory’s yearly shows, “From the Ground Up” and “Winter Works” where she showcased versatile dance training throughout each piece. Delilah is currently employed as a dance teacher to students 4-18 years old at Creative Steps Dance Studio, a dance intern for JUNTOS Collective, as well as a server at YardHouse Fenway. Delilah graduates this May 2023, with the hopes of moving to New York City
